Graphic designer.

Born in Argentina and of Belgian nationality, Ana María joined AEIDL in June 1997, having worked since 1990 for various graphic design/communication companies in Argentina and Belgium.

Her first assignment at AEIDL was to do the layout for the multilingual LEADER publications and produce html documents for the Rural Europe website. She was also very much involved in producing the seven-language educational CD-ROM, "LEADER, from an Initiative to a Method", for the LEADER II European Observatory. During this period, Anita also worked on various other publications for DGs AGRI and REGIO.

Since 2002, Anita has been responsible for the layout and production of publications for the LIFE programme (Thematic brochures, Best Projects brochures, Annual compilation of projects publications) as well as various LIFE dissemination material/gadgets (factsheets, posters, bookmarks, business cards, award plaques, stickers). Anita has also been in charge of the layout of the Natura 2000 Newsletter in 5 languages.

Since 2016, Anita has been involved in the production of the ESF Transnational Platform (European Social Fund) publications, newsletters, technical dossiers, posters, folders, leaflets and conferences support material. Anita was also responsible for the layout and production of the Rural Evaluation Network newsletter.

An architect and graphic designer by training, Anita has a good knowledge of Macintosh and Windows environments, working with software programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, QuarkXPress, Power Point and Dreamweaver. A Spanish native speaker, she has a good command of French and English.
