Erik is in charge of financial management and supports budgeting and accounting at AEIDL. He is responsible for general Administration and legal coordination. He is in charge of Staff management and Administration, jointly with the rest of the Human Resources Group. He also manages the LIFE/NEEMO Contract and is co-responsible for the management of AEIDL’s LIFE Communication Team. He ensures the coordination and follow-up of Contract management of the different ongoing projects. He joined AEIDL in January 2019.
Before joining AEIDL, Erik was financial and administrative director of Ghent’s Museum of Fine Arts and has been production manager for a number of cultural events/companies. Erik holds a Master’s in Economic and Social Sciences as well as postgraduate degrees in Culture and Arts Management and Agricultural Economics. He is bilingual French-Dutch, speaks English fluently and has a good command of Spanish and Hebrew.
