(20 March 2017) – After receiving over 100 wonderful photo submissions, eight finalists have been chosen for best illustrating social inclusion in fisheries communities.

In February, the FARNET Support Unit launched a photo competition on social inclusion in fisheries communities. More than 100 pictures were sent.
The FARNET Support Unit now needs your help to determine the winning photo that will be used as a focal point in the next FARNET Guide following the seminar on “Social inclusion for vibrant fishing communities”.
The photos are a treat for the eyes and soul. You can take a look at how social inclusion is expressed throughout different fisheries communities.
Voting will only be open this week during the FARNET seminar and the winner will be announced on Thursday.
