The 4IM project was launched in November 2021 to tackle a deep-rooted socioeconomic issue damaging the social cohesion in Miskolc and Košice: the isolation in deprived areas of large number of inhabitants, many of them Roma.

Through a social innovation pilot project, 4IM will involve 300 people in two selected areas in Miskolc, Tetemvár and Bábonyibérc, whose quality of life will measurably improve by the end of the project with the help of a community coaching process.

The 4IM project will accordingly go through the 4-step process of designing, implementing, evaluating and then transferring the tested new solution based on the evidence collected by the partners and that will be the basis to convince other policymakers and stakeholders of the usefulness of the “4IM model”.
