WHO CAN FILL THE SURVEY: rural local authorities and rural stakeholders with experience on use of multiple EU funds and instruments to support rural revitalisation, retaining and attracting talents in rural areas, increasing services provision and boosting local development in rural areas.

WHERE THE CASES WILL APPEAR: As part of the Long Term Vision for Rural Areas (LTVRA) the European Commission is preparing a Rural Toolkit will guide local authorities and stakeholders in rural areas in identifying and making an effective use of the many EU funding opportunities available in the EU panorama.
